Just bought a 2018 Nissan from Web Auto. Worked with Brian and Sam they were very very nice and most importantly honest with us. They beat the bigger dealerships in customer service by a long shot I encourage anyone that wants a used car to check these guys out 5 stars in my book. Thanks guys you were Great!!

Walid and Sam were Excellent I did not decide to move forward with buying the vehicle as it was not the right vehicle for me at this time. They were very professional and excellent and helping me check into what I would be able to afford for the vehicle and if you decide to purchase a vehicle I definitely recommend to talk with web auto. They are not your average dealership they are very easy to talk to and they are not pushy their vehicles are in excellent condition! I traveled from about 2 hours away to Charlotte to look at 3 different trucks at 3 different places. The first place I stopped was a Chevrolet dealership and they didn't have the truck advertised on the lot. The 2nd place I stopped was Web Autos. The folks at Web made the whole process so easy. No pressure sales tactics, no BS. They brought the truck up for me and let me take it out for a drive. Everything about it was as advertised. I didn't even bother going to the 3rd place. They took care of registering the tags and mailed it to me in SC when it came in and filled the tank with gas. Without a doubt the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made.

I am one of the folks that never writes reviews. BUT... I felt compelled to write this one. I felt like I was taking a chance buying a car in NC and coming up from FL. The car was EXACTLY as described and pictured. I traveled up from FL, did a test drive, the paperwork was as easy as I have ever experienced. He even called me the next day to ensure that I arrived in FL the next day ok. The car has been absolutely perfect. I would buy another car from this dealer! THANKS!!!

There isn’t anything that hasn’t already been said. This was the best experience buying a used car. The process was smooth and the gentlemen were very helpful with everything. I’ve had my car for almost 3 months and no issues. If I ever need another car I will be going back to them.
